Clarity
Every award gives players and coaches a clear target, with a structured assessment to support consistent delivery.
About the pathway
TT Awards Pathway was created to give players a clear sense of direction — and clubs a practical, rewarding way to recognise development.
Every player deserves to know what comes next, and to feel proud when they get there.

Why it exists
Table tennis progress is rarely a straight line. One session brings a breakthrough; the next reveals a new challenge. The TT Awards Pathway makes that journey easier to understand by breaking development into meaningful, achievable stages.
The Milestone Awards focus attention on individual skills. The Pathway Awards bring those skills together and recognise the player’s wider game. Clear assessment sheets help coaches deliver each level consistently, while badges and certificates give players something tangible to remember.
The result is a scheme that can support coaching, encourage practice and create more moments worth celebrating — whether a player is just discovering spin or working towards Platinum.
What guides us
Every award gives players and coaches a clear target, with a structured assessment to support consistent delivery.
Each stage builds purposefully on the last, creating momentum without rushing the fundamentals.
Badges and certificates turn hard-earned improvement into a visible, memorable achievement.
